rofl! I like that one. Judging other jobs... the more I've played a job the harsher I tend to judge others for it. I know the weaknesses/strengths and I'm more likely to notice when someone is playing badly. I notice when a RDM's buffs don't stick, when they let refresh fall off the PLD for too long, etc. I think its only natural to want to play our best and to want our party to be its best as well. That's what drew me to RDM in the first place -- being able to make my whole party work better.
