Whoever told you wheel it to 65 is a nub.
I stopped at 50? My melee does more way more damage..

Try to keep throwing capped, shurikens are so fun and do great damage.
I'm only 65, but, from what I can tell you, everything except Hyoton*ice* will resist on Colibiri, it's okay to throw maybe one or two of them to help with hate but, that shouldn't be a problem.
I completly just stopped using it; expecially at this level. When you switch to reg. colibri(at 60~) you'll pretty much never touch them again till? Not in exp.
And it's good to have a SH, but, I find myself just using Haubergeon full time, it's just way better. However, alot of times I'll use SH full time if I can't keep shadows.
The set I use now, most of the time for exping;
weapon; kogitsunemaru, kabutowari (at your lvl hotogisu and bokuto)
ranged; bomb core
head; emp pin (walkure for ws)
neck; spectacles (dont feel like paying 1.7 mil more for 3 acc lol---chiv/spike for ws)
ear1; evasion earring
ear2; storm loop
body; haub(sh sometimes, or af body)
hands; o.kote (traded in h.kotes, +5 attk is better)
ring1; ecphoria (better than sniper imo--str ring for ws)
ring2; ultimlauwhatertoau ring
back; nomad until amemit+1
waist; potent belt
legs; af (ryl. knt. for jin)
feet; fuma (windurstian for jin)
it seems to be perfect setup colibri imo
and a little off topic;
you'll definatly want a set for jins, but don't get cocky and just load up on str because it's 30% str modded, try to have a good amount of acc and attack
so you can land the 1k+ jins (5 hit jins, very low chance, higher chance with more acc) and to break mob defence.
