    Well., i finally got my AF1, and then imediatly through it into storage So, i figured that even if my RSE is better then my AF2 boots for Elvaans, im gonna want the rest of my AF sooner or later >.> neh?

    So, ye think a party of:

    55 BLM: Me when i get there, i plan to do lotsa AF and the Genkai II all at once with a couple friends
    55RDM
    60SAM
    55WHM
    and 63 DRG ; is enough fer the key in Castle Zvhal Keep?

    ..im not sure of if the WHM can come, but hey, might as well ask her, heh.

    This mihgt be over kill, but these are me friends from the beginng of the game, who really want to help, and im not gonna stop em, so any thoughts? =)

    Those demons that drop they key are pushovers, however navigating through keep isn't so hot if your melees can't sneak invis themselves. So you and the rdm might wanna go solo on the Door part, or make sure all your melees bring powders and oils.

    but ya, that pt is fine for that key. AF2's are really not that hard. Its the hat you'll have to worry about.

      Just finisged af2 last night, I really cant say if that party is good for the key, because my LS had me sit at the zone (lvl 55 blm) while they killed the demons for the key (they killed like 30 before 2 keys dropped, level 75 blm and level 75 pld)

      However i can tell you the key part will be a bitch, invis and sneak wouldnt stay up for any amount of time, so i was forced to once again stay at zone, oh and you cant open the first iron door w/ invis on and there are like 4 gobs in the room all bunched together, so if you guys cant kill the gobs, exspect someone to die.
      Why be like someone famous when you can be like me.

        eh my key dropped the first demon we killed going into the castle while doing 5-2 so i was cool.

          i found all the BLM AF is easy if u get the help, i had no problems. The hardest i think was the Hat. GL^^

            I've been wrestling with BLM AF the last week or so and here's my thoughts:

            BLM AF1: Pretty easy, if your group is too low level to be safe in Xarcabard, though, the demon adds can make things messy. Otherwise this NM is a piece of cake.

            BLM AF2: Killing an elemental in Crawlers' Nest is just a matter of knowing where they spawn and waiting for the appropriate weather. Most commonly done on Water Elementals in the big room with Exorays. Whine Cellar Key enemies in Castle Zvahl is quite easy for a party in the mid-50s, but watch out for excessive links. Getting to the Whine Cellar can be an adventure if you don't have the map/don't know the way/aren't good at using Sneak and Invis.

            Garlaige Citadal: This is the easiest of the coffer keys to acquire for BLM. The coffer itself, however, is a serious pain unless you have good friends and decent contacts. There are 7 spawn locations for this coffer, 4 behind Banishing Gate #2, and 3 behind Banishing Gate #3.

            Monastic Cavern/Davoi Coffer Key: Getting orcs in Davoi or Monastic to drop coffer keys can be a real challenge. The drop rate in all the beastman strongholds (Davoi, Oztroja, Beadeaux) is pretty low, so this key can be very frustrating. To make up for it, the coffer is both easy to locate, and easily opened.

            Eldieme Necropolis: Finding people who are willing to go into this forsaken zone can be very difficult if you don't have a good network of friends and acquaintances. Key drop rate is moderate, but HP aggro is a big problem here. There are very few safe camps, due to the plethora of high level undead in this zone. After acquiring the key, getting the coffer is a (relatively) simple matter of getting one other person who can cast Sneak and Invisible to help you with the switches to open gates as you search for the coffer.

            Toraimarai Canal: I haven't finished this part yet, as I got a request from someone else who needs this done as well. Since I'm still several levels from being able to use this piece, I didn't have an issue with that. Having helped with this AF before, it's not terribly difficult - the hardest part for most people is making sure the battle area is cleared of enemies long enough to spawn the NM and kill it. Best thing I can recommend is to go in here and do the Manafont part way in advance, so you'll have it available when you fight the NM.

              AF3 can be Duo'd with 2 70+ Blm, using a kind of Ping Pong technique of nuking. 1 Blm stands on a ledge overlooking the inlet and the other stands in the inlet (we used the bridge near the entrance and set up one blm on top of bridge and one under it). Blm's can take turns nuking at it and getting hate, and it runs between them up and down the stairs. Be sure Blm's have Black Cloak on or they may run out of mp.

              Edit: Forgot to mention that one blm should be /rdm for Gravity. And to keep up Blink, phalanx and stoneskin.
