I meant while a taru's stats blow everyone away a pt isn't really going to notice the difference unless you just plain stink or your gear is god awful. I guess I'm saying, yeah, what the above poster said =)

I've noticed that around 80 or so int (total), you start getting much less damage granted per int added, and by 90, you're at almost 1 damage granted per int added.
WIth 76 base int right now, the difference between +14 int and +24 int is 11 damage. That's on a spell that hits for 600. Really not that big of a deal, if you ask me, if I have +22 or so, instead of +24.

Actually, you wouldn't.
Since Cure IV is level 41, Cure III is as high as WHM subs will go at the current cap... and Cure III is easy to cap out with just skill alone. +MND wouldn't made any noticeble difference what so ever.
Weather or not it helped WHM enfeebles such as silence, however, is another matter.
I actually switch to a mythic wand when casting cures, simply because it pushes my cure III up by about 3 hp to 180 hp. Can't hurt, right? I also have it around to nuke with the aero line (rare).
In most parties, I don't ever back up cure. Why? Most parties I'm in have a whm, a rdm, and a pld. They're already having problems with overcuring...why would I want to exacerbate the issue? Of course, if people start running low on mp, I'll throw a divine seal'd C3 the tanks way...but people exaggerate how much back up curing a blm has to do.
What I DO do, is I usually take care of status effects, if able to (I can't get rid of stone, as I have no stona, and for a while, I couldn't get rid of disease, because you don't get viruna until lv68). I've found that doing that frees up the whm a ton, or if you're with a rdm/whm, tends to let them concentrate more on their job - keeping the mob enfeebled. Plus, I get brownie points for paying attention
For all my talk about int not mattering much, you should still do your best to max it. My only arguement is that there are better peices of equipment that you should invest in before you bother getting the "max out" int gears. As in, why buy 2 zircon's at lv54 if you don't even have a staff yet?
