Monk only good on bones? wait until 60 and you see how EVERY

DD tears up raptors in Valley of Sorrows. Every DD hits for high

dmg melee but Mnk Drk and Drg obviously shine(and duh RNG)

Please dont disrespect one of the top jobs because you dont

have enough good monks on your server, or maybe not enough,

to make a good judgement nublet.

One thing I'll say about Samurai, is Black Mages will always insist on finding you first.

They loooove you..

And Black mages tend to have a lot of say in a party's direction since well...a lot of parties kiss Blm ass. :sweat:

DRG sucks

A Samurai is a very unique damage dealer and can contribute a lot to a PT. You are more of a damage enabler. By gaining TP fast and allowing others to SC more often, you are increasing your total party damage output by a lot. BLMs will love you.

DRGs on the other hand... contribute nothing much to the PT except to deal damage... and a very subpar job at doing so too. Their SCs plain suck after 60+. Not only that, polearms are so useless with bones, which is the most common type of mob parties hunt after 65+. DRGs also serve no purpose in HNM battles.

If I am creating a party, DRGs will get picked last on my list.

DRGs shine as a DD before level 60 however... but after 60, they are completely garbage. Don't waste 60 levels of leveling a job only to find out they are useless at the end. Stick with Samurai.
