RED CALLER (if anyone can think of a better name, please tell me)
Ok, here is what I would LOVE to be...it's basically a RDM, with a little SMN mixed in. They'd get the spells of a RDM, and they'd be able to "summon" these beings that only last for some short amount of time, 1-2mins real time.
ALL BEINGS: are uncontrollable after being summoned
have the exact same stats as your player, with a SMALL boost to the stats which help their task.
If they get hit, YOU take the damage
MP and HP are not an issue for "beings" they need no MP to cast spells, and you take the damage so HP is not neccessary.
You can recall your being, and the percentage of time remaining (time left/total time) is taken away from the being's recast time.
Recast time on all beings is VERY long, 8-10 minutes, and they cost no MP to "summon"
Only one being per this job can be out at a time, thus with two Red Callers, you can have two "beings"
Black Caster: This being targets the enemy you are fighting, and just starts nuking the hell out of it. It only has spells that a BLM would have at that time, and will use the spell that's strongest against the monster. All it's spells are DMG, no enfeebles, also gets AOEs, so be carefull. (randomly casts Ultima type spell, which hits enemy for vast amount of damage, inflicts it with 3 random ailments, and your Black Caster leaves: 1/20 battles that they are used in).
White Friend: This being starts healing when it gets out, using Curagas and the highest Cure it has available, it'll heal only when someone gets in the yellow. Uses Cures one one person in yellow, if more than one in yellow, Curaga fires. When "summoned", white friend automatically casts ONE enhancing -ra spell, spell cast is random. Spells usable are those that a WHM at same level would have. Also uses status curing magic whenever someone is inflicted with an ailment, if it has the correct spell available. At the end of a battle, this being uses a special ability, and cast's Regen and Refresh on all party members (this ability is random, and happens 1/20 battles that they are used in).
Attacker: Basically a Warrior, just hits the enemy with a weapon, when you summon this being, you can choose what weapon they will use. They can use any weapon at all, except for ranged weapons. The damage they take, is halved for you, thus they can act as semi-defenders. ( randomly hits enemy 10 times in a row, each attack 3/4 of the max damage it's attacks can do, then explodes and deals more non-elemental damage to the enemy: 1/20 battles that they are used in.)
there can also be other beings, but these are the only ones I could think of, if Red Caller is subbed, you will not be able to "Call" and beings.I vow to give my life to save others.
I vow to use my shield and sword to destroy my enemies, and protect those who protect me in the only way I know how, by taking the hits.

sa be another job in the pt for 30 sec. refresh timer 5-10min
2hr. mimic party, does everything the party does for 30 sec with no delay except other 2hrs aren't possible.

Mimics would play hell with renkeis.

PIRATE!!! duh
dual wield, a class that specializes in rapiers and scimitars, steal ability, and then hardcore damage abilities. Kind of like a cross between DRK, NIN, and THF except none of the dark magic. Their AF would look freakin tight, it'd have to come with a badass pirate hat.Ohh, how I look forward to a steady job in which i can support my Final Fantasy XI addiction once more...
