Major Problem with Content IDs

Okay, so I logged on to POL only for a message to appear saying that my account has been deactivated! Now I simply don't panic and just reactivate it but when I click play it says I need to purchase content IDs, WHAT? Still not panicing I go to the reactivate page and bam, error appears:

Okay, so I go to reenter my account information as they said when I called customer service and this comes up: >_<

Anyone know how to fix this? I really want to get on

Just as a sidenote also: I noticed there will be an update on Nov 5th, will this fix anything? And also my friends can get on easily, it just seems to be me with the problem.

Aye, I called that phone number yesterday(they aren't open on weekends) and they said to wait 30 minutes and try again. I did but it didn't work.

Meh, I'm having EXACTLY the same problem. Looks like they're replacing the POL server on the 13th.
