I only had the gloves on. It happenned about 1/10 of my cast.

Yeah, I remember see a post here once were a DRG had like half his attacks stopped because he intimidated himself. Then there was also one were another party member had a good chunk of his actions intimidated from a DRG in the party.

I also remember around that time that there was an occurence of were an undead had something dispelled off it even though it had just spawned and used nothing at the time. Don't think there was ever an explination on that one.

Does anybody know if the frequency of the intimidation is affected by which pieces of the set are on and by how many, or is it just "you have Crimson/Blood _______ on; you are dragon," cut and dry?

As far as I've seen, it's just checked once, not once per piece of gear. You don't get more intimidation effects from wearing more pieces of Crimson/Blood gear.

I didn't realize it was that often, either. Guess I'm gonna have to make sure I don't wear crimson finger gauntlets here in a few lvl's, when meriting on Imps. All the info pages (wiki, somepage) make it sound like its a pretty rare occurrence.

1/10-1/15 sounds right for the rate, going by when I was goofing off in SSG fighting Brook Sahagin.

It depends on the strenght of the "Killer Effect" that the target has on, weither you have 1 or all crimson equiped you get intimidated about the same amount. /goes off and makes a party of DRGs and ask a Crimson RDM to PL us
