Warp II Monopoly

I was looking at one of FFXIAH's new features--the most frequently viewed players list, and came upon an odd yet interesting revelation... On a good percentage of servers, the Warp II scrolls is sold almost exclusively by 1 or 2 players... Is this a gilseller technique or just coincidence?

This occurs in other high-end quest scroll markets as well...

This occurs in other high-end quest scroll markets as well...

Basically, one person makes a level 1 pos hacker. He gets the scroll, then deletes said character. He creates another mule. Rinse and repeat.
