Where you do find it in the AH? I cant find it in alchemy or misc. By the way, where can I farm these ?

You can't find it on the AH because it's Rare/Ex.

So rare/ex items can be used as ingredients too?

Yuhtunga sulfur + 2 bomb ash = firesand.

Yes. Makes things a bit more difficult to do in bulk, but that's ok, I guess.

R/EX items are usually a huge hassle to synthesize unless it's something very important, or there's an easy way to get that item nearly at will.
