Bomb Ring

My husband has had a Bomb Ring since after a week after joining. One of his friends gave it to him and he refuses to sell it. Every time he equips it on one of his lowbie jobs, we get into an argument about it.

The argument is simple. He claims that if you wear it in a specific ring slot, it has some kind of hidden trait to it. I tell him this is bogus because I've looked up this ring hundreds of times and haven't found anything about a hidden trait on it. I can't recall at the moment what he said it is, I'll ask him after he wakes up for work and edit it in.

Could someone please tell me I'm right so I can end the arguments about this ring?

I don't see a bomb ring listed there, with the amount of time that the item has been in the game I'd think that someone would have found out if it had a hidden effect and documented it.

It doesn't have any hidden effects, other than "Get you killed more often by Goblins via Bomb Toss."

Thank you, now he'll stop arguing with me about it. And let's not show him that Bomb Queen Ring... His galka MNK has far more HP then he already needs.
