Why? because I've spent half my online time working to earn cash while you've done nothing but level and now have gimp gear and no cash and you ask ME for money? Even tho my poor little PC is only 14th lvl and yours is 16th?

Isn't there some ettiquite (sp - wow sp!!) about that - I just don't get how people can bald faced ASK for you to GIVE them money - or even gear? or meds!!!

I hope that gets better as I get farther into the game (and further away from Windy). but ARGH <_<

The asking for gilz never goes away unfortunately. But there is /blacklist and it's best to use it.

I'm a bit peeved that I paid to renew my subscription, completely reinstalled the game, and now I don't have any time to play. :/

Thank you! It's not actually that hard. I was able to get fishing lvled to 15 in a few hours (its amazing to me that there is SO MUCH info out there regarding moon phase and day-of-the-week synchornicities, and most players I've run into on Remora don't seem to even know such things exist) working on the correct moon phase and such - I always keep my eye on the VD Clock and when the moon phase is right I RUN outside to bash on things to get specific skill ups (if you co-ordinate date and moon phase you get MASS skill ups - avg of .3 bumps over an hour or so during the "height" of the phase alignments - which I'm sure you all know about, sorry :-p ). Plus I've already got Alchemy, Cooking, Bonecraft, and Clothcraft at near 10 - and stacks of antidotes are profitable if all you have to buy is Wijnruit.... - it's Not That Hard....

I just feel like an old lady sometimes, minding my money and slowly building skllz.....

They also mooch things off you that they should always have, like echoes, oils and powders, shihei (Yes, I know), arrows, poison pots ... even crystals.

Bugs me to no end.

You're going to sky. You know everything magic aggros. Bring some freaking silent oils for god's sake. Always someone stopped in the middle of the Shrine of Ru'Avitau saying their sneak wore and begging someone to give them some oils. Always the same damn people, too.

I actually had someone ask me (me, a mage) if I had any shihei they could use for the duration of the party, because they ran out.

Mages who don't bring echo drops, What the hell is wrong with you?!?!?! Your entire reason for existence is to cast magic. If you can't do that because you're silenced, you're useless. I always carry at least a full stack with me, and usually 3 if I'm going somewhere that Silence happens often. (Caedarva Mire, anyone?)

Poison pots are a bit of a non-issue. A lot of people just don't remember how usefull the buggers are. I still hate that I have to basically throw my money away to give you mine because you were too cheap to get them when we were sitting in Whitegate saying we needed them.

And if you're farming something you know you'll be able to craft, why are you coming out without crystals? What makes you think I'm going to supply crystals for you to desynth stuff?

Drives me crazy how much people will mooch off you if you let them. I'm a generous person, I tele my friends for free, I go out of my way to raise people, etc. If you're genuinely in need I'll help you out. But seriously, if you're the same RDM who gets magic aggro in sky every freaking week because you're too cheap to bring silent oils, I'm not saving your ass.

Sorry, I guess your peeve turned into one of mine, people who are cheap. I'm cheap too, but some things you just can't avoid having to buy.

Wow Aka, I think your post was glowing red when I read it! LOL But I totally agree, in fact our ls has decided that people who are too cheap to bring silent oils and die in sky get to hp. We've tried giving them oils and reminding them to bring some next time. We've tried reminding them every time we go up before they even get up there and they STILL "forget". So all the gentleness in the world didn't get to them until we did the hp thing. After one or two hp's, oh they brought oils! Tough love I guess. lol

I'll admit I've forgotten oils or echos on occasion but its usually when I log in last minute for an event because I've been busy irl. I then zoom to the event and could kick myself when I see I needed to restock. When stuff like that happens to other people I don't have any problem giving some out, just like you. It's the chronic "oh I forgot" people that make you grind your teeth.
