Btw, I'm pretty sure DarkAges lives in the US. He's stated before that his poor spelling and grammar was a result of laziness, disregard, or just a desire to attract flames.

GG. Lecture that 14 year old kid. Don't harass little kids on forums over spelling and grammar mistakes, go outside and do something different. In the long run he doesn't give a flying fuck, so why bother?

And no, the US isn't the only country in the world that speaks english and they don't all necessarily provide free education either.

If he's in a country that does not have free education, then he is be rich. He has a PC capable of internet access as well as playing a graphic intensive game such as FF. Considering he has enough money for these things, his parents can afford a private education.
No non-native english speakers I know of type in this absurd l33t speak, either.
