I do agree getting your own strategies for HNM's is great, but I also don't want to go right into this fight blindly. I think learning about other strategies will help us develop our own.
PLD pty will need few smn or /smn to make things run smoothly. Taking turns providing blink using Garuda helps reduce damage to maximum.
Nin pty, well, all they need is a back up tank and a bard. Although ninja does have the tendency to get 1 shotted if anything goes wrong. (due to less HP)
My best advice for Seiryu is to set up paralyna order. For example: whm>pld, rdm>ninja, blm > whm...such and such. Make a macro of paralyna. When everyone is paralyzed, it is important that Leader makes a call for paralyna and everyone do it ASAP.
Make sure people bring echo drops. In between paralyna, curing, casting, stun, and nuking. There is no time to silena someone.
As for 2 hour. I would say shadowbind and stun and let the 2hour cool down and resume your atk.
Having the right amount of blm for stun and right amount of rng for shadowbind, all 4 gods can be easily defeated.

No one should rely on the wind strategies.
With the winds, all the gods are pretty damn easy.
Without the wind, they're some of the hardest hitting monsters in the game, hit for hit.
For byakko, it's relatively easy; bring melee, TP up, unload massively on byakko - 1 minute = 50% of his life. Then the next 5-7 minutes will see you lose one or two or three paladins as a matter of course (1400+ HP to 0, with added effect, in 2-4 seconds isn't uncommon). As long as you can keep a tank on it, then victory comes swiftly.
For winds... it's best if a ranger throws them; for unlimited shot or even recycle use. But if you're like us... and don't have good nins (until recently that is) or rngs with lvled throwing skill... best option is to bring along enough tanks (minimum 3 I reckon).
Seiryu is definetly the hardest (for us), because of the amazingly annoying paralyzga and silencga abilities; coupled with high mobility, hard hits and fang rush...
do you really find using aerial armor on byakko to be that effective? I've never really considered doing it because he pretty much always triple attacks so one attack will whipe blink.
For Seiryu what we do is we get all our people that are good at attacking from afar. BLMs, RNGs, MNKs, SMNs, and SAM/RNG. For engaging Seiryu there will be two PLD one on either side and 1 thief that alternates between them for SATA. Keep everyone else out of Paralyzega range and do not pull hate away from PLD and theres no problem. However we pretty much always fight Seiryu with enspell on. Haven't removed his enspell yet nor tried to in current LS. However I will not consider fighting Byakko with enspell on. I have over 1600 HP and I know quite well that he can mince me pretty fast with that enspell.

I was puzzled by this too. Aside from having triple attack and the ability to use his, um, abilities fast if he's getting raped by the melee, he can also sneak out Diaga III and Banishga III stripping blink immediatly. Our personal strategy involves all melee subbing Thief and only being allowed to hit once a minute with all non-mage damage coming from the initially charged TP weapon skills, bloodpacts and Rangers.
