easitest way to raise norg fame

im a ninja now and i dont feel that i should lvl until i can get my norg raised and get the ninjutsu spells through that. is there an easy way or is there a easier way to get those ninjutsu scrolls.

in all honesty the easiest way is getting about 40k in gils and buying zinc ores, u gotta do the quest 30 times? @ 4 zink ores a peice, let's say 300 a peice if your lucky enuff to get the majority at that price

120 X 300 = 36000, and you then have enuff fame to get a 100k+ scroll and several others

keep in mind this is imo the easiest way, and you may or may not agree

Absolutely right. Just like you can max Windurst fame within a few hours if Bastok is in 2nd place in Conquest (less than an hour if you have Warp).

Fame is actually one of the few things in the game that CAN be exploited and thus done easily, since there are so many minor quests that give fame as a reward.

ok, can u guys post how u can do this? in windy,bastok,sandy and ect... pls post the Quest and how to do it, thanks alot i think i will spend the next time after i get a respone to go get hero fame every where!

Rabao/Selbina, San d'Oria and Bastok fame is easily highened by the ""Only the Best" quest in Selbina (100 gil for 5 La Theine Cabbage, 120 gil for 3 Millioncorn, 600 gil for 1 Boyahda Moss).

San D'Oria fame can be boosted easily with the "Fear of the Dark" (2 Bat Wings for 200gil) and "Tiger's Teeth" (3 Tiger fangs for 2,100gil), which are good money makers too.

"Vengeful Wrath" in Bastok (900 gil for a Quadav Helm) will help your Bastok fame.

The key to fast Windurst fame is quite simple: buy Cornettes in Bastok's Music Shop when they are 2nd or higher in the conquest rating, and hand them to our favourite Taru, Yoran-Oran, which will give you 200gil per Cornette ("Mandragora-Mad").

I heard that you only need to buy the moss and it will still raise the same? and that it raises windy fame aswell? Does anyone know if thats right?

afaik "only the best" does not affect windy fame at all.

bear in mind that there is a rumor that "only the best" negatively affects your norg fame. so if you are a ninja (or wannabe) please be careful.

No I don't think it's right. You do not gain Windhurst Fame from that quest. The easiest way to do the "Only the Best" quest is to go to San'Doria. Buy the cabbages for less that 100gil a piece from an NPC (you will make your money back...I think the NPC is in the same building as the Fang Finder Lady) Trade them over and over. I'm not sure how many times you have to do it, but I went from 0 fame in Bastok to Hero in no time flat without even visting Bastok.
