I talked to 3 GMs the last one was like "please cease and desist from contacting any more GMs on this matter, this is the 3rd time in 3 days you have asked about this matter"

I can guess it's a system put in by S-E so only groups of acquaintences could go to Dynamis together. Also so that person who bought the 1 million gil hourglass can't sell back for profit, which will result in bunch of rich players fludding the place with hour glass.

The only way to get a legit hourglass is to organize large scale LS or LS alliance events.

Indeed, don't buy them, even from an LS event. It's risky no matter what. While still risky, but less so IMO, is to just have one person "gather funds" and everyone else "chips in" a set amount till you get 1 mil.

You need a ton of people to go anyways. @_@
