Finally did the Drachenfall quest... went to the waterfall and filled the canteen, then gave it back to Black Mud and got the title "Drachenfall Ascetic". Sneak + Invisible are my friends.

I also got one of the Selbina Clay quest (An Explorer's Footsteps) parts out of the way with that monument in the cave behind the waterfall... I realize that I have to give the clay back to the mayor each time I find a monument, bleh.
