It may not be necessary, but a whm without erase is gimped IMO. Priceless in those cases a melee has STR down.. or a mage has HP down and cant rest etc etc.

i blew off 400k on the bugger spell and my character's main was BLM. BLM is still 62 and no where close to 64 since i get the crappiest PTs for BLM

erase is very useful though; for me, especially, evasion down, accuracy down, DEX down

there's a way to tweak bcnm drops some of us here know. That's why raise III went from 1 mil to 150k in about 2 weeks all of a sudden after being over a mil for many months. Word spread and people started to do it. Don't expect Erase and Phlanx to be that expensive for long either.

When i went, every single one of us got erase but one person, and thats only because we left one spell out of the force.

It works, theres no dening it. Pretty much public knowledge now.

yeah, I know, it was pretty stupid to force just erase. We tried that the first time and got fire pact, so we took Phalanx out and replaced it with Fire Pact.

Next time I go I'm leaving out fire pact and phalanx >.>

About our economy being off...here are some spell prices which make me cry...
Refresh- 4k (Jueno)
Phalanx- 180k ( Jueno)
Dispel- 80k (actually nvm....)

could someone elaborate on this 'trick' for me? I'm on Midgardsormr so I won't be hurting anyone's gil on Rag, but I've heard about it before, and I would really like to know since I'm hurting for gil so badly . Btw, Erase is 400k on Midard, Phalanx is 350k, Raise II is near 500k, Raise III is near 1.500k, half the armor you guys talk about has never even been crafted on our server too (dusk set for example, only mask has ever been at AH)
