En Pt

I know it's been talked about before. However, that one was a little too high for me to join up in, therefore, I decided to make my own. It won't be 24-hour, rather, I'd like a few people who will be willing to stick together and pt daily.
I don't need a full pt, just some dedicated people who actually do wanna do this... However, there are some basic... let's say... guidelines:
a) You must currently be within the lvl's 36-38. Preferably mid-high 36 and high 37-brand new 38. (this is the most important element to make this work)
b) Level only with this pt until an agreeable lvl (hardest one in my eyes)
c) You must try and get along with whoever is in this pt. (i'll try and update this until i get a full listing in order to prevent any "controversy")
d) Just don't be a jerk off...

Basically, this is what I've been up to the past few days. Been in an all EN pt at least once a day for the past few days and lvl'd up insanely. Not to mention it's probably the most fun I've had all game. Anyways, I have only one person that I know will stay with me. So, either sign up here, or PM me. ~viv

Well at the moment i'm level 34 but knowing the life of a WHM it won't take me long till get to 36, so, all things going well, count me in. Remember I live in a different timezone but I can alter my sleep patterns to some extent and survive on coffee. If it's half as fun as the party we had a few nights back it will be a blast.

Hah, so thats why, I guess it was fun last time we PT'ed Vivid, although I hate importer PTs, I enjoy levling up "massively" as you put it, moreso. Count me in, although you'll prolly wanna ignore me until my POS Jirat comes in from Himeya.

Trying to get a full PT is too much of a hassle (we tried, lol). People don't show, people don't take it seriously, something comes up, etc etc etc. I recommend you get like 3 or 4 people, so you can cut the inviting down to a minimum. Sey, Lone, and I have been doing this for quite some time now. Also, make sure it's a decent party, or else your permantly screwed, lol. Whm, Drk, and Mnk make up half of an "ideal party," today managed to grab pld, rdm, and blm, making the other half. We hit 10k exp in just under 4 hours, the JP members were on their knees thanking me when they they had to go :p

Your leader/fisher must always be at work though. Even the greatest party config will suck if the person fishing can't get it consistently or links a lot, or fishes wrong difficult level.

Just saying, if ur gonna play this way, pick wisely, don't just grab the first few people your level, or your stuck w/ a crappy party :p

This is also a real good method of improving your playing, because you can tell your friends what they're doing wrong, and vice versa.

Vivid. Great idea. I tried that three timesbut it didn?ft work out...Once was from going from level 10-65. Other was going from 30-65. Other was going from 50-65. Trust me man, it doesn?ft work ; you could be 100% serious about it but most likely half the people wont show up, be in other pts, have to work/go to bed/ect. What has worked though is about 3 people. Drako, I, and Lemia went from level 45-50 together. Then Awntawn, I, and Lonewolfy have gone to about 50-55 together so far. Trust me man, 3 people works out nicely. 6 people is ideal but it?fs just too hard to do it with 6 of the same people. Even if you all play at the same time. Even with 3 people, you are most likely going to pick up another 1-3 other importers anyway. Awn, I, and Lone have been playing with Mumm a lot, Ecko, ect. Again, try for 6!!! But don?ft be too disappointed if it doesn?ft work out

yeah, im not really looking for a full pt, lol... "just a few serious people" /points up. anyways, i know itazura and i are more than willing to go for it all the way... in fact, i (think) that the pt is actually set... /wonder....

Vivid this sounds fun! I would like to join this sort of thing if you guys reach LV45, or if I become really desperate I will delevel back to LV36 to join I think its hard to get even three people to PT with all the time because you might have different timing in getting on and some people might level faster or slower than you do if they decide to keep levelling even after you've finished your private group thing. Like Seymour said you're bound to change your group's people and might end up in disappointed because of seriousness. Also I think WAR is a better sub for NIN, they can play tanks or I could've have forced some to in my PTs... In any case good luck on this! When you reach LV45 I'll PT with you guys as long as I can.

Today, sey lone and I grabbed a brd, war, and smn XD

It was awesome, got 7k in around 3 hours, woulda been more but the war levelled up after a few fights, cutting the exp short 50 points per monster ; ;

Also, damn crawler hunter deathscissored me for 875 hp... Levelled down after levelling up ; ;

Oh well, levelled up again before we left, but no buffer space ><

Tip: keep a spare job ready to level when you're too bored. Sometimes people simply can't make it ; ;

WTF!? I can't believe that idiot WHM let you die! We should never PT with him again. There is absolutely no reason in the world why anyone should die, even if a monster takes 90% of someone?fs HP in 1 hit! We even had a BRD with WHM sub and a SMN with 700MP worth of curing and they didn?ft do crap. WTH is wrong with these mages today? Do they just suck more the higher level they get or is it just me?

This type of PT is great, consistent exp unless someone in your constant config just suck...
Back then, me kitty and ghost (brd,drk,whm) had 1 going for 4 days (from 8pm-5am EST each day), got 2 lvls from 61-63, 62-64 vice versa... Seishi Leon Oosh joined for a couple of them...

When you make a constant PT, make sure you have some people that can refresh or ballad that can keep the chain going thus good exp... No point in sticking with a sucky formation for days rite?

I want to play with fellow importers too, but I doubt if I have enough time since I start my full time job tmw... ><

Your only saying that cuz you know theres no way in hell i could catch up too you right now, with my current situation + available playing time^^
