Back in my youth days I used to have fun doing quests. *coughcough* These quests increased my fame and soon everyone knew about me and gave me even more quests. Bards would call me a hero and I didn't even know why. *cough* And that is how I did it the old fashioned way without grinding millioncorn even if I did complete that quest once.

Now, where are my glasses and my cane? I need to go back the Eldieme.

You could always do Boyahda Moss to make it go faster, but that's a bit pricier.

Or... OR!!! You could look on the bright side and remember that you're not trying to go for SMN... and so you won't have to get your fame up to 7 in all nations + Norg. Right?

If you're going to do SMN and you plan to grind your fame like you're doing now... all I can say is this:

I farmed some moss from gobuues when leveling up in parshow but then i have done 60% of all bastok quests to get lvl 5 fame.

They changed that to 4 some time ago Yyg, at least before I started playing.

Don't think so. I definitely do not have Norg Fame 7 (and possibly not Windurst either), and I've done them all.

Norg fame only goes up to 5. 4 is all you need for the Leviathan Prime Fight.

Just checked. We were both wrong (assuming wiki is right). It's 6 according to wiki.
