Lea... in that screenshot... you see how it says ease of exploration? That's one of those easy travel options I was talking about. In Bastok mines near the entrance to the Moghouse, there should be a moogle. Not the one RIGHT NEXT TO THE DOORWAY... but on the other side of that dividing wall tucked in a corner. If you talk to him, he'll offer to Teleport you to any of the other major cities/Selbina/Mhaura for a small fee. That moogle is only there while that kupower is in effect. That would be your quickest option to get to Windurst and San d'Oria. If you wana check those cities out, now's your chance.

Its normally 300 gil for the explorer moogle teleport and I think you have to be lvl 10 or above to use them. I prefer the swift shoes effect as you just /h heal until an icon pops up and you can run as fast as a chocobo for a limited time, when it runs out, /h ina safe place, wait and run and it stacks with the speed bonus you get with the D beret.
