Yep, its the mithra that throws the shrimp into the water over by the fishing guild. I drew it based on memory so the background scenery is a little different, but, it's good enough for the pic.

Go up the stairs in Norg and down the hallway. I think its the first door on the left. A room with some bunkbeds on the left wall. And by a couple of the beds on the wall are some posters in sepia tone of her.
