Anyway, on topic, I lost interest in following the GM Dave blog. It stopped being funny after a while. Don't get me wrong, I can rant with the best of them, but when it started to be more about GM Dave's life and less about eating people with Jormy it turned me off from reading it.

I think we should ban people who post in non-sticky threads because it knocks them all out of order. I like them exactly where they are. People who post new threads are even worse. Especially if it's a topic that hasn't been discussed before.

Only if the post has nothing to contribute to the thread - i.e. you're being kind of a jerk, or you're posting across a wide variety of different old threads solely in an attempt to get your post count up.

I don't honestly think you're in trouble here. Your posts, including the "necro" itself, have not been the rudest in this thread since aforementioned "necro."

Do try to avoid posting in old threads if you can help it - even if you do have something relevant or new to add to it (as you should in the first place if you're going to bother reviving a dead thread), people will still have the tendency to jump at you on reflex. They tend to prefer reading what is relevant now rather than trying to catch up on forgotten conversations from years ago.
