They also accept nation specific debit cards in Europe in addition to VISA and Mastercard logo credit cards. I don't know where the OP is from so tossing this into the mix as well.

How much do you have to pay in a year total (the total cost of how many payments of $12.95?

$12.95 X 12 = $155.40

This is assuming you are paying in US dollars. I don't know the current charges for other nations so you would have to discover those for yourself.

You can. I use one for my MMOs and any online purchases.
