Skill Max per Level

I've tried searching/reading but I haven't found somewhere where it says what your max Skill Level is per Level.

ie: If I was a lvl 10 Warrior...what is my max Sword, Great Sword Skill that I could have etc...

Just curious if there is a cap (I read there was somewhere) but no where can I find what it is. Just so that I know when I've maxxed a specific skill for that level to try and level a second if possible.

The skill is capped when the number turns blue.

So there is no secret Skill formula? Or just wait till it turns blue? :D

If you want to know what your skill level is going to be for a certain level to your job level and multiply it by 3. Ex: Lvl 21 with axe will have a max skill lvl of approx 63.
