First step join the Tenshodo and talk to Aldo so all I had to do was buy a 2k pass and trade it simple.

This is the last part I did is showing Verena. She is #1 is the the 3 people in this mission which seems to be a theme of forbidden loves like how she loves a Goblin and I know another one is a human who loves a Galka (one very special Galka who easily holds a dark grudge and I will say no more ). Thats it for all I did so far for M10 all I need to do now is find a party and go deep into the 3 annoying dunguens to destroy the magicite in 2 and almost destroy the last one but get interrupted by some shadowy figure >< .

Answer to Necro923: You don't steer the boat you just buy a ticket and when it arrives you get on and it takes you from Selbina to Mhaura and vice versa.
