Re: i want to be a yagudo!
I doubt it, because the entire yagudo creature, sword and all, is one .dat (I believe). Wheras a person with absolutely no items equipped is...five dats. Six if they have a hat, seven if they have a weapon, eight if they have a sub-weapon, sheild, etc (And apparently nine if they have a ranged weapon equipped, even though it's not normally visible).
It MAY be possible to swap out a costume item for a yagudo, so that you can use a moochi or rice cake or datechochin and turn into a yag. But since the costume effect is to the best of my knowledge a spell graphic, I'm not absolutely positive that it would be a direct copy-paste of graphics from one to the other.
That and you'd still look like a little girl elvaan to everyone else, instead of...you know...normal. XD
Yes, it was inspired by the Simpsons
If you know how to download and use VRS, I am interested in being tutored.

Re: i want to be a yagudo!
Wrong, when you use the mochi, rice cakes, or other costume items the system actually changes you to that specific NPC. This is why you are restricted to town areas, because some of those NPCs have no attack animations and no hit animations. The most common animation they all have is (Idle, Walk, and Run), reason you can't open doors is because due to the switch you are subjugated to the same allowed properties that NPCs have.Originally posted by Irisjir CallardI doubt it, because the entire yagudo creature, sword and all, is one .dat (I believe). Yes it is possible to map a Yagudo's body structure to a PC skeleton, means that the Yagudo will ride the chocobo and all just fine. The only issues is it's movement or the detailed movement of it's feathers will go away, and that any other PC that wear that same face and equipment will have that body also or parts of that body. It'll look like some freakish science experiment that went awry.

Re: i want to be a yagudo!
actually, it's just because SE doesn't want people opening doors while in costumes for whatever reason. GMs have previously dressed up in costume, and not only performed basic actions, but also even used GM tools (I saw a GM change a fishbot into a bat. Since fishbot had no idea how to take off a costume of course, they couldn't fish ^^)

Re: i want to be a yagudo!
That's a GM they are basicly half-gods so they can defy the system design however they like. PCs however are not, when you are in costume the system only see's controls available to that object and most of your controls exist in the original PC object not the costume.Originally posted by Febaactually, it's just because SE doesn't want people opening doors while in costumes for whatever reason. Being able to target objects is mearly a physics of object oriented programming and the clients controls.
