It seem that the concept of the automation is similar the fellowship NPC, right?

can we use swapping .dat or 3d modeling software to change the outlook of automation into NPC?

Might be difficult with the mix and match heads and bodies. It might load a single model for each combination, or seperate models for the head and body. If it were the latter you'd have a problem.

I know some JPs have swapped automaton models, so it is possible.


I know FFXI Dats (see the link on ffxi-atlas) has at least one automaton mod
