I cant get the EWH model viewer to work

it gives me this error



I installed the language packs and stuff but it still wont work, anyone else have this problem?

I had the same problem the way I fixed it was by going into the registry and adding the path to the FFXI directory under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PlayOnline\InstallFolder, add the path information under the 0001 key. For some reason this key was blank and the path information was in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PlayOnlineUS\InstallFolder. Hope it works for you. So now the FFXI path information is in both keys instead, doesn't seem to effect the game at all.

im not sure what you mean, im in the regestry folder and i clicked modify on 0001 and this was already there
C:\Program Files\PlayOnline\SquareEnix\FINAL FANTASY XI\

Ok sorry, let me see if I can explain it better, and if the information is already there I'm not sure what to do, but this worked for me.

i only have the PlayonlineUS folder
