Changing races

>____< Sorry about last night's post, I did a search and found my answer but now I have questions regarding changing .dat files. So I've changed all people into Taru's BUT all my NPCs are looking weird... I will give you a few examples:

I've been wondering would it have to do with the gears they wear?

yes, i noticed this too. i think the problem is some of the other DATs were not changed with the tool. The NPCs are still using the animations of their old race and that doesn't go well with the new race.

the fix, i surmise, is to hunt down the animation DATs and manually replace them as well.

seriously though . what neighbortaru said is correct. you'll have to go thru and change the animations also.

Oh so it is animation problem? >____< haazzz...
Like it's weird b/c I also see that in san'd'oria, at the gate guards, one of them is normal. and he stands like normal taru (sway back and forth) but the other one is weird. >___<
