Mine was from Chocobo on the Loose!, went from no personality to ill-tempered, then back to no personality, and now back to ill-tempered. She has black tailfeathers All stats still poor though (wonder if this is a function of growth stage or something?).

Diet was a mixture of different types of greens with occasional vegetable paste. No carrots or worms yet. Care plans mostly physical oriented. She hasn't had sleeping sickness but did get the handkerchief thing.

Pretty soon she'll be on day 20, recover stamina and I can try compete with others (she was so tired after walking to Tahrongi that I didn't want to try the same day).

I have a black chocobo, it's mostly yellow with black tips around it's body and head. Was hoping for a destrier

my wife got her egg from the mithra and jeuno

everything else was the same though ie: the mood changes and food. most of her care plans have been walking as well. her choco has black tailfeathers too

After my choco recovered from the sleeping sickness bug, I am just glad it's still THERE and didn't starve or run away... so although I would have loved a coloured choco, I am not too bothered by the white tail tips that much.

Besides, once all the breeding starts, it'll be a whole new choco experience!

Got to say that I would like to be able to spend more time with the chocos on a daily basis. The health-bar based system is a bit limiting.

My choco is yellow with black tips, got my egg from the ISNM60 "Call to Arms" and fed him vegetable paste as a baby.

Unfortunatly my chocobo has been restless now, and wants to compete against other chocobos. Man they grow up fast

Also I just did the first competition and won ^^

Hello, I am new to the site.

I got my egg from the mithra in jeuno. 2nd from the top. Looked after it every single day, fed it veggie paste, vomp carrots, regular greens, and a few cupid worms, and i have a blue tipped chocobo. I have yet to know anyone on "Titan" that has a full black chocobo (not the black tipped ones) but fully black. Where did you get those screen-shots of all those chocobo teenager colors?

I noticed on a previous posters picture, their chocobo was predominately yellow with white tipped tail feathers. My chocobo hit adolesence yesterday and has white, almost silverish, tipped feathers on its head, chest, wings, and tail. The yellow chocobo from a previous post didnt appear to have that much white tipped feathers. Was just looking for feedback as to what my choco , Winter Flower, will look likein adult hood, or if anyone has anything similar

My choco grew up on day 29, all yellow, even though he had black tips as a teen.
Had to go from Windy to Sandy to get whistle quest. Did medium walk and 2 short walks and searched while choco was "absorbed" so I did not get caught, but did not find item " hanky". I will do the l;ong walk tomorrow and will probably get item and then back to Sandy to get whistle. Stats improved on day 29 to substandard for strength and endurance but at least they finally improved. Lots of info on Alla for those that still visit. There is a screen shot of black choco but only one I've heard of.

It appears that some people are claiming to have a colored chocobo when they really do not. They are much rarer than I originally thought.

I guess it's all random on the egg, I think. I know several people who have gotten eggs from ISNM and one was black and the other way yellow. Same with the boughten eggs from Jeuno, and the eggs from the Chocobo on the Loose quest.

The most frustrating part is that we've all tediously watched over these things and almost everyone has the same stat values, barely any personality or any other distinguishing characteristics.

I'm starting to wonder if the system is broken.
