Switching Guild Contract

I might be overlooking the obvious but I cannot seem to switch guild contract. I have one setup with the Fishing Guild at the moment but I want to switch to Cooking guild. The NPC says I can switch anytime but any GP I have will be forfeited. However, when I go talk to her I don't get any options that say terminate contract or what not, I only get the usual options. And when I go talk to the cooking taru in apron, he just said some regular NPC convo to me.

Is there a time limit? I just contracted with the fishing guild recently (couple days I think).

Gotta have 28 skill and passed the promotion exam, too.

I have 54 cooking and 28 in fishing, so I am eligible for both guild contracts.

Yep. With my current skills I get contract conversations from all the contract NPCs except for weaving, goldsmithing and tanning. With those, all I get is regular NPC babble.

Incidentally, you don't terminate the contract with your old guild. Just talk to the guild NPC you want to form a new contract with, and if you have the necessary skill/rank requirements, they will warn you that your old contract will be cancelled first.

Yes, otherwise I wouldn't be level 54 cooking :D My current cooking rank is journeyman.

EDIT: Nevermind I am a big idiot... been talking to the wrong NPC :D For some reason I didn't see the Mithra NPC outside!
