Hello everyone I am new to this place...I played FF11 about a year ago..and now I want to start again because my computer is dieing..I play on the PS2..I just got downloading the new playonline thing for the PS2 I had all my playonline ID info saved on the PS2 and I had it wrote down..I know the password and ID name, But it will not let me connect it says "you playonline ID or password is incorrect" I have tried for the past 5 or more hours trying everything to make it work..I tried to email playonline but I just get errors..I don't know what to do , was my account deleted I wonder?..thanks for answers if anyone does

My guess is that your account is deleted. :/ Otherwise it'd work. Try logging in just on POL on your PC, see if it works there. If your PC really doesn't work anymore, go on another PC to www.playonline.com/ff11us and click on Friend List Plus, it's same as Playonline Viewer, but you can only see messages and friend list. Try logging in there. If that doesn't work either, you either got wrong login info or your account is gone. Either way, your characters are gone after a year, so why not just make a new account?

Well I tried what you said, it wouldn't let me log in...they must of deleted my 80$ Account..guess I wasted money on the PS2 the hard drive the modem and the keyboard, I will call them monday thanks for the help
