How bout make make a whole row of them on the shoulder of the page? Then you can make everyone agree to a long ass statement that they did use the search button before asking any questions before every time they post a topic. After all of that, you can make a search button the size of the screen on every page.:spin:

but as is, none of the new users use it... i suggest that you make the search button bigger, and put it next to the "New Thread" and "Reply" buttons, so perhaps they'll see it more clearly.
