Sorry, that was a SPAM tool, it was supposed to be only active for super moderators and administrators.

Basically deletes a user and deletes all their posts with one click... , limited to only people newer than x amount of days. So we don't accidently delete actual members.

I think it would be far more fun if we could use it to delete actual members. You could add that button to the store as a purchasable item.
