If you are ever unsure of how much money to donate or deposit, just do what everyone else did.

A couple of months ago, I had about 12,000 gil in my bank and 3,600 gil in the pocket. I tried to deposit about 3k gil into my bank, and low and behold. It says that I do not have sufficient funds for the transaction. Wtf.

I try again, except I try giving 2k, then I try giving 1k. I can't even give 500 gil to the bank! I'm baffled as to what happened.

Then I notice a couple days later that I have -3k gil in my pocket and 10k gil in my bank. I have no idea as to how or why that's happened.
I seriously must be holding some sort of record here for the lowest amount of gil ever received. (or taken away)

On here, I got 10,000 from Rones a couple months ago. I shoved it in the bank and it's 70k now.

LOL. Rones mustv'e given you that money when we were exploiting the donate-repuation loophole. I managed to get 10 green bars out of the deal.


I wonder.....what would happen if I tried to steal from Bishop?

Yea, negative gils sucks big time. Too bad you can't donate your negative gils

I dunno how the interest rate works exactly, I stuffed gil in the bank a long time ago and forgot I ever did. Ages later I check it and it's in the millions, so I just let it be.

At 400k now, I think i get around 8k gil a day in interest. It starts out slow. Once you get around 10k you'll start to see a little bit coming in. By around 50 or 60k you should see about 1k a day.

Click "Store and RPG" and then click "Bank".
That page tells you how much gil YOU have in the bank.

Click donate gil next to my current gil then type in the amount you want to donate (all plz) then confirm.
