I've found what I'm pretty sure is a bug in editing journal entries. I made this entry this morning. When I go to edit it, quotes and < > signs have been replaced by their HTML entities. Which is fine, but even if I re-replace the entities with the quotes and signs, they get re-double-parsed.

So instead of:
(/so "Army's Paeon II" <me>)

the post looks like:
(/so &quot;Army's Paeon II&quot; &lt;me&gt
