If i have an acount with all my chars on one server, can i make a char on a differ server. If i can, that would be great. I would also like to know which server is the biggest, which is the smallest, which is the friendliest, which is a very all around server, and which is the best for new people.

As far as I can remember all characters you make will be on the same server unless you get a worldpass from somebody on a different server. Ever server "should" have about the same number of players on them if SE divides everybody up equally among them. I have been on three different server before and some are better then others, but you will always find good and friendly people on every server...
