Question. I originally installed NA ffxi+zilart, but I got the JP pol and am now playing the JP version. Just want to make sure if I can install the JP CoP or if I should wait for the NA one.

If your account was created and setup on the NA client, you need the NA version, but you can't enter the content ID from JP POL - you need to use NA POL.

Scroll down to "Final Fantasy XI Chains of Promathia [Preorder]", it should be on either the bottom of the first page or the second page.
Price is $45 USD (not including shipping/tax)

...but are not accepting any kind of preorder on the NEW site. It will pop up on the NEW site (http://www.ncsxshop.com) when it ships on the 16th.

I have ordered from here before and I have been very impressed by the speed of service there. A little pricey, but those on the east coast USA or in Ontario, Quebec, or other eastern Canadian province will probably want to order from here because UPS is able to pick up, clear at customs, and deliver Canadian shipments usually in less than 4 business days using UPS Canada Standard service.

yeah NCSX is pretty good , I got mine from play-asia they are very good also.
