What I do know (I haven't done this myself yet):

- Talk to someone in Mhaura Goldsmith guild.
- Talk to someone in Selbina Clothcraft guild.
- Talk to someone in San d'Oria's Woodwork guild.

After that you need to get five drops but I don't know what they are or where they come from. That should get you started though.

Something about a shipment of dummies bieng hijacked by orcs in jugner forest, ive tried hunting down all types of orcs, ive even gone to davoi but no luck there, 30-50 orcs dead, not a single drop.

The quest says they were outlawed, so you can't sell on AH only Bazaar.
