question about mission 20 BCs

are you able to enter Mission 20s for *ALL* nations if you're rank 10? or do you have to simply just be from the same nation in order to help people..
or rather.....
is it like the earlier BCNM (win M14 - bas and san M16) fights? or can anyone from any nation go as long as they've cleared it in their own nation (like m6)?

You have to either be on that mission or have completed it. Example: I helped out with San d'Oria mission 20 & Windurst mission 20 with a Bastok allegiance because I have previously completed those two missions.

what ive heard you can only enter the BC if your on that mission, thats why it so hard to find people for it.

The example I listed in my previous post is from personal experience. I've done missions for all 3 nations, and have helped out with both Windurst 9-2 and Sandoria 9-2(both of which i have previously completed) while I was aligned with Bastok.
