    Riding Chocobo's at 15 at creg?

    I was just at the creg of Mea and i got turned down to ride a chocobo, said i needed a pass and an apropriate lvl'd job to rent one, wtf is this?!?!

    It happened to me too. I guess the riding level is reduced to 15 only in cities, possibly only the major 4, but I have no idea on this.
