Serious Problem-- Please help

I will try to make this short, but I seriously need help

Ok since August of 2003 I started playing the Japanese version of FFXI. When the North American version came out in October I quit playing the Japanese version and started playing the North American version. I thought I did everything right in canceling all my IDs and everything, so I will stop being billed for playing the Japanese version. But now a few months later I realized in my Visa Bill that I’m still being billed for playing the Japanese version, which im not playing. I figured I didn’t do something right in canceling all my Japanese Ids and everything. But now I forgot my Japanese Play online Password, so I can’t log onto the Japanese version of play online to fix my problem. What do I do now???

I talked to my bank and all they said is to talk to the company in which who you are paying to. Can someone please give me a Phone number for the Japanese POL help and support, or there email so I can fix this problem. Reason why I posted here is because I know a lot of people who know about the Japanese POL service thing come here. Thanks for any help

Get a new card number, change your NA account to that number.

How will that stop me from being billed for playing the Japanese version?

I canceled my NA account, im not being billed anymore for playing that. Im being billed for playing the JP version that im not playing anymore, and i almost have no way to stop it.

I already tried getting a whole new credit card but for some weird ass reason im still getting billed for playing the JP version.

Do the same thing that happened to me to get my account locked up. 'Lose' your credit card, and get issued a new one.

Ask your credit card company to stop making monthly payments to Minatoku-Japan (something like that).

My credit card company said i can sign a refuse to pay paper or soemthing like that.

Ok more trouble i didnt read what you guys said carefully.

OK last month i DID change my credit card so i would stop getting these payments, but this month i found out im still getting monthly payments from Minatoku-Japan.

changing your credit card does not work to stop these payments. japan Square Enix or POL or whatever has a system that can find out if you changed your credit card, and they will find out what your new card is. So they will still bill you. My credit card company can do nothing to stop this

Can anyone Please tell me the japanese Sqaure enix Help and support Email and Phone number. And can they speak english to help me?

Damn, I wish this was happening to me, otherwise i'd still be playing right now.
