i dunno why the fk they made GMs...

i talked yesterday with 2GMs about suspended account

they send me stupid NA GM dunno wtf going on

then he send me other GM JP

after i talked to GM about suspended account

i find must GMs i talk with ar retard.

i say i want talk to GM {Yvestra} they send me other GM.

i say ok.

i told him about account must be not suspended for now

he goes<why>

i told him GM {Yvestra} told me suspended will be 24hr or 72hr

now its like week ,cant enter POL....is he lier?

GM>> i see.

GM>> give me char name i will find for yo..

i give him the name w

GM>>well,its still suspended...& if yo cant enter POL for 3 more days ,prolly yo lost yo char

& cant get it back

i told him what the prob

I agree that many GMs are morons. I've dealt with 3 JP GMs. Their solution to any problem is to 1) Restart, 2) If 1 not successful, reinstall everything. Most of them just seems to be going through the motion. Uninterested and even rude on 1 occasion.

I don't think I have ever read a post that mentions how helpful a GM has been.

I love how now the support desk has so many dead-ends to where you can only call a GM for MPK, botting, or whenever you're stuck in a wall.

If these people are getting paid for their service, why the hell don't they do anything?

I don't blame them for being ticked off. I would probably be pretty pissed too if I had to deal with 200 people a day, each with something to complain to me about.

But yea, GMs are quite useless. I've reported mpk on two ocassions, and on both occasions, they told me the exact same thing: "we will investigate futher on this situation." I highly doubt any of them investigated and of course, there was no penalties given to any of the offenders.

thankfully i've yet to have a problem in which i've needed to contact a gm, but i have heard people in my ls bitch about them. they seem like every other customer support i've ever had to deal with, turn off, turn on, reinstall, well sounds like your f***ed

The key is to get Caedmon, and demand a chat, whether you have to be sent to jail or whatever, it works. Check out the overpopulation thread that i had with caedmon, hes the only GM that would actually stay and talk to me.

Seeing how useless GMs are, I like how SE came up with Mentor option for the good samaritans out there.
