Roleplay? World Pass..

Hi, I heard a rumor that there was roleplay on FfXI, I'm currently starting a new account and would like to get everyones opinion on which game worlds are best for encountering roleplay.

I would then like to buy a world pass to that server, i could pay wither with Gil or cash. At this point desprate enough.
