  • Citizenship changing question.

I've read that when you change citizenship from one nation to another, you go down in rank, but not nessecarily to rank1. Is this true? And if so how much will I drop if I have completed mission 5-1? And when you're are raising your rank again, do you still do the same thing over again for mission 3-3 and 4-1,2,3?

You pay to drop to Rank 1. Your conquest points go to 0 as well. Good news is that if you ever change to your previous citizenship, you will get back your rank and points to what they were.

I had this explained to me, because I plan on "Swapping Signets" from Bastok to Windurst soon myself...

Basically, changing your citizenship is like changing jobs, only you're having to pay to change (cost varies on who's in the lead of the conquest). One could theoretically change their country as often as they'd like and play for all countries (granted you have gil to do so) and not loose a single conquest point, therefor being a player for all nations save Jueno.
