Kojima: "...sop yeah I want it lined with gold and can you make it so it looks like a penis when someone flies over it?"
Accountant: "Erm Mr. Kojima?"
Kojima: "I'll talk to you later. so what's up Accountant Guy?"
Accountant: "Yeah so basically I went over your accounts and you don't have enough to make a pool that is both penis shaped and lined with gold."
Kojima: "Oh...right...Need to make another phone call...Hey Konami! Yeah looks like I do want to do another MGS after all!"

Kojima recently commented about the status of MGS 3D: Snake Eater, more or less re-iterating it is indeed a full remake built from the ground up for the 3DS. There was some doubt regarding this since the last trailer released looked more or less to be a 3D version of the PS2 trailers.

That more or less reaffirms my belief that Konami is just THAT lazy when it comes to marketing anything for handhelds.

Still, good to know its going to still be the updated version. Weird that its still happening so close to the HD collection release, but MGS3 is one of those games I always come back to so its not like having two versions of it around would be that weird.
