Yes Hyperdimension Neptunia is so cool and great characters and story and so much great moments and stuff!
Well not sure if it will be localized but the sequel will be worth importing! There is sure to be many improvements and stuff and it's great it's coming to PS3! ^-^

So far the new characters are:
Purple Sister Nepgear,
Black Sister Uni and
White Sister Rom & Ram.

will have a four member party battle system. You'll be able to pair up two characters together through the "Lilly System." (not sure what this means... fusion ha, mew? Or maybe something like the pairing system in Suikoden 3?)

This is getting exciting!

Is it ok to draw child porn? It fits under the umbrella term of "child porn", but it doesn't victimize anybody. There is such a thing as victimless crime, but once you start punishing people for what could arguably be considered art, what kind of road would that be going down?

The argument against it goes that drawing child porn glorifies the act and encourages people to be attracted to children and victimize them in real life. From the other side of the coin, you could say that simulated child pornography is cathartic and gives people who already have those urges an outlet that doesn't victimize anyone. It's basically the same as the violent video game debate, except almost everyone will admit to having violent urges occasionally, whereas ...

the line between art and pornography is often very blurred. A professor at my university came under a lot of fire for taking nude pictures of her 6 year old daughter, but they weren't pornographic in any way, and were used in a montage.

I don't see anything wrong with the art that J9 posted, either.

Pedophobia is closer to Pedophilia than you think.
