I've actually wished Nintendo would do something similar with the Wiimote, since it has storage space. I've dreamt up creations where the controller is the interface, memory card, and handheld console all in one, so I can sympathize.

Oh well.

Here's my ideas for Sony:

Get off your ass and put Vagrant Story on PSN. It was ESRB-rated FOUR MONTHS AGO. There's weeks they don't even put shit on the Classics section. What is the holdup here?

Tell the people making release decisions at SCEE and SCEA to stop being so fucking presumptuous about what PS3 and PSP gamers want. Those people didn't want us to have Demon's Souls because they didn't think it would sell. How the hell do other branches of the company have such tremendous authority over the parent company over what gets released?

SCEJ had to go through Atlus USA to get it released at all and thanks to that Atlus' profits are up 7 million over last year. Yeah, how's that egg on your face tasting SCEA? You damn well better let Atlus USA publish the sequel, I want it to be your badge of shame that a vastly smaller company and publisher knows gamers better than you do.

Shape up elsewhere, though. Let those quirky Japanese games be released. God knows PS3 is no where close to being what PS2 was.

I'd post that, but I doubt SCEA would listen. Given my competition there would consist of people that still think Sony makes Final Fantasy and Metal Gear, I don't expect much to come of this.

I just went to the first page and started Voting up most of the top ideas because they're actually some pretty good ideas.

Don't go by the two ideas posted in the OP, if you think you have a good idea suggest it and see if other people agree.
