Yeah so, I'm not sure I'm going to buy Reach now. I'm very disappointed in Bungie. They're going with some silly, original story starring 5 Spartan-III's and 1 Spartan II in a 6-man squad. So no, we will not be seeing the epic battle for reach that saw the deaths of over 20 Spartans.
It's too bad too; Bungie could have done an epic adaptation of the novel, with it ending in a remastered version of Halo: CE's opening, or at least a proper tie-in to it since Halo CE: starts literally right after "The Fall of Reach" ends.
I guess the next game to have MC in it will be done by 343 industries after all.
